Why Heels Crack

Why Heels Crack

Cracked heels are often more than just dry skin.

Pressure, friction and a buildup of hardened skin can cause the skin around your heels to become thick, dry and less flexible. Over time, this can lead to splits and cracks.

That’s why simply applying moisturiser isn’t always enough. A good heel care routine combines softening, gentle exfoliation, hydration and moisture retention.

Our Heel Reset Method brings these steps together to help keep heels feeling softer, smoother and cared for.

The Heel Reset Method

  1. Soften | Mineral Foot Soak

A warm foot soak helps soften and prepare hardened skin before filing.

Soak for 10 to 15 minutes in warm water.

  1. Refine | Precision Glass Foot File

Gently smooth areas of built up, hardened skin using the micro etched glass foot file.

Use on dry or soaked skin, depending on your preference. The goal is gentle, gradual smoothing, not over filing.

  1. Hydrate | Hydrating Heel Butter

Apply Heel Butter after showering or soaking while skin is slightly damp.

Its blend of nourishing butters and hydrating ingredients helps keep heels feeling soft, smooth and moisturised.

  1. Lock In | Gel Lined Spa Socks

Slip on the spa socks after applying Heel Butter to help keep moisture close to the skin.

Wear overnight or for 30 minutes as needed.

Simple Heel Care Tips

• Use gentle pressure when exfoliating
