Shipping & Delivery

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

📦 Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 2–6 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please allow additional time during public holidays, sale events, or peak periods.

🚚 Shipping Rates – Australia

Standard Shipping

  • $10 flat rate on orders under $85

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $85

Express Shipping

  • $14 flat rate

  • Free express shipping on orders over $150

🚚 International Shipping

Currently we only ship within Australia but we’re working behind the scenes to expand soon.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
We sincerely hope you love your products as much as we do! However, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at codedbeaute@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. We will assess the issue and provide return instructions. Where required, we will offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

When returning faulty items:

  • If a return is required, we’ll let you know the recommended postage method and whether return postage costs will be covered or reimbursed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    Please keep your postage receipt and tracking details until your return has been resolved.

Note: Everyone’s skin is unique, with varying levels of dryness and individual needs. Results and timelines may differ from person to person, so please keep this in mind when using our products.

 

Cancellations

Once your order is on its way with Australia Post, we’re unable to make any changes or cancel it. Rest assured, it’s in safe hands and on its way to you!
